FAQ

Where are you located?
Our address is 1900 W. Benson Blvd. Suite 200, Anchorage, AK 99517. Our office is on the corner of Lois Drive and West Benson Blvd. directly west of Minnesota Drive. The entrance to our parking lot is on Lois Drive.

Can I stop by your office to get ideas?
Yes. Please feel free to stop by our office between 8:00 and 5:00 Monday-Friday. It is best that you call and schedule an appointment prior to your visit.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, check, and cash.

What is your turnaround/production time on orders?
In general, our turnaround/production time is about two and a half weeks on new orders. However, there are many factors involved in determining when you can expect to receive your order. Our sales staff will be glad to answer any questions you have in regards to meeting specific event dates, shipping options, and rush orders.

What type of artwork do we need to provide when ordering?
Proper artwork for imprinting requires vector art. We accept camera ready art in either Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or Encapsulated Postscript (.eps). If you do not have the proper file type, please email us what you do have, and we will attempt to convert the art. The fee associated with converting your art into a vector format will be provided to you prior to production.

Do you offer discounts to non-profit organizations?
Yes. Klondike Advertising has a longstanding history of working with many different non-profit organizations in our community. Please contact us to discuss options.

Do you have minimum quantities per order?
All promotional products are subject to minimum quantities. Your sales representative will be happy to provide you with the minimum quantity on the items in which you are interested.

What is a set up charge and will I need to pay a set up for each time that I order?
A set up charge is a charge to set up the equipment to imprint or embroider your art on the product. Under normal circumstances you will not have to pay a set up charge for reorders. Your sales representative will discuss with you which items require set up fees on reorders.
